Rob Orr
Rob is a myotherapist and a credentialed McKenzie Method clinician. He has over 20 years of clinical experience helping people with painful musculoskeletal conditions. He is also a lecturer, speaker and educator.
Rob's knowledge and experience mean that he is able to accurately assess what is causing your pain and use effective treatments to reduce it. He will also teach you self-management strategies to keep your pain away.
On a personal level, Rob is an enthusiastic participant in all forms of exercise. He has been involved in rugby, weight training and martial arts (including Brazilian jiu jitsu) most of his life. These days you are most likely to find him doing Olympic lifting, swimming, boxing or yoga.
